Welcome to SHADY ACRES, a sustainability project to explore the nomadic work from anywhere options that we now have in a post Covid world.

The sustainability element of this project has 5 main drivers:

  1. Waste control
  2. Food production
  3. Water capture & filtration
  4. Self reliant Eco energy supply
  5. Reduce expenses

Our aim is to find efficient ways to sustainably live life and along the way share this info with as many people as possible to help them save money. We will be creating a private members area for those that wish to learn how to migrate to life like this for themselves

Ireland is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, especially the West.

This element of the project is to build an array of glamping units and demarcate a campsite for locals and visitors to explore the west of Ireland. Only 10 minutes from Knock airport and an hours drive to the Wild Atlantic way (the longest coastal drive in the world) …Shady Acres is the perfect place to settle in to Irish life. You will have access to all the properties luxuries, food, tools and in good time, we will build a studio for content creation and audio recording.

Shady acres benefits from many fruit trees, bramble bushes and fields of vegetables. Our aim is to start a small boutique production line of bramble wine and Bramble gin.

Use the Shady Acres workshop to upcycle old furniture and build/create with recycled materials
